What this service is

GoFundYourself is a non-custodial information and sharing platform. We host campaign pages that display founder-provided content and payment addresses. We are not a bank, money transmitter, escrow agent, broker, or investment platform.

No investment advice or securities

Campaigns are for voluntary support, donations, or patronage. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, equity, debt, or investment returns. Do not use the platform to solicit investments that require registration under securities laws.

Non-custody

We never take possession of campaign funds. Payments occur directly between supporter and founder wallets on Bitcoin or Lightning. We cannot reverse, refund, or guarantee transactions.

Your responsibilities

Founders are solely responsible for the accuracy of their campaigns, the addresses they publish, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law. Supporters are responsible for verifying campaigns before sending funds (DYOR).

Fees

Platform fee for campaign contributions: 0%. Optional voluntary tips support platform operations. Network fees are charged by the Bitcoin / Lightning networks, not by us.

Prohibited use

No scams, fraud, impersonation, illegal goods/services, or content that violates applicable law. We may remove campaigns and preserve reports.
